Dreadshed???

Dreadshed???

Has anyone had insane hair fallout after beginning to take oral minoxidil (1/4 of 2.5mg) again. I was prescribed it 2-3 months ago, but was not consistent. Never missed more than like 4 days though. 2/3 weeks ago I began taking it as I should ever single day & have had insane hair fallout, abnormal hair loss & was never like this til I started. ChatGPT is scaring me saying that it MAY be dreadshed but could also be something else. If I continue losing hair like this every day I will be bald by the end of the month. I am also on 25mg spironolactone (which I’ll be asking to increase when I see my derm next week). Basically can someone please tell me whether they think this is dreadshed (& how long it should last) or if my hair loss is just progressing. Pic is hair from 1 day basically, but I’ve been losing this much practically every single day

Really depressed

The pic is from when topical minoxidil was working for me. Had amazing results for the first 7 months. Then it randomly stopped & I lost all progress. Now my hair looks like the following, & I am losing hair rapidly. I started on oral minoxidil (quarter of 2.5) spironolactone (25mg), & the keto shampoo around 3 months ago. I’ve also been taking iron because my ferritin is really low, but I don’t think it will be enough to raise my levels. I have another derm apt next week. But would you say I just need a higher dose? When I started the meds my hair was not rapidly falling out like this at a scary rate. Or anything you can please recommend me. My dad did start balding at 30, which was when my hair started to thin & I am 33 now & it’s my biggest fear but my dermatologist does not believe this is the case so far. But this is ruining my life

I got 1ml juvederm on Monday after about 7-8 months. Not my first time, & never have had this happen. Second pic is on day 1. It is now Friday & they look like that in the first pic. Worse than day 1. I read that with juvederm especially this is something that can happen where it appears overfilled but isn’t & will settle but idk. My injector says they’re still super swollen, & to wait 2 weeks to judge. If it’s still like this she will dissolve some. But has anyone had filler look like this in the healing stage & have it be just swelling?😞 please don’t be mean btw I’m already so bummed over this lol

Got 1ml on Monday. I’ve never had this happen previously. My injector says they’re still just super swollen but that it will settle. I am panicking with how they look. Has anyone gone through this??
