we have a 5 month old, we’re really thinking about having another. i wanted them to be 12 months apart but i was not willing to get pregnant only 3 months after her being born but we do want them close in age. i was thinking when my daughter was closer to a year that’s when we’ll start trying again and my husband wants another now but doesnt care if i wanna wait

i’m a lead for the toddler room now, i’m excited and they seem to wanna listen to you more then the older kids but they are still toddlers. how can i create a classroom where it’s somewhat structured?

for years i’ve wanted to be a kindergarten teacher and be a special education teacher for preschoolers, i’m in school for it and ive worked in daycares for the entire 3 years ive been in school. but the drama doesn’t make it worth it for me anymore, the parents are shitty and don’t care and when they don’t care the child isn’t going to care. when they reinforce bad behavior or don’t correct it what makes anyone think they’ll correct it from me, why am i constantly getting treated like crap by other co workers because they don’t like something? why can’t we all just be grown ass women and do our jobs, why am i getting laundry baskets tossed at me because your pissed off at something that has nothing to do with me. i know a lot of my issues is the center i work at and most don’t have these relaxed rules to where it ends up being like this but come the freak on guys..

how do you deal with just mean people in general? it seems nobody has taking a liking to me at this center at all and ive been here for 5 months… parents are shitty and mean, co workers are fake and mean. i’m just exhausted and done
