[META] Subreddit Update: Rule Reminders and Modmail Tips

Hi everyone,
Everything has been running smoothly in the sub lately, and we want to thank you all. This community is filled with truly great people!
To keep things running efficiently, here is a quick recap and clarification of some rule violations we’ve been encountering. Please take a moment to re-familiarize yourself with all of the sub rules.

Rule 1 Updates and Clarification
We have added a new requirement: "The proof photo must be the first image in your album."
Some photo albums are a mile long. Unfortunately, the mod team does not have the time to play hide-and-seek looking for proof pictures. We need to click a link, immediately verify that the post meets subreddit standards, and move on to the next post.
The Requirement: The first photo in the very top link of your post must be your proof picture. This photo must clearly show all items for sale along with your handwritten username and the current date.
If your proof picture is not immediately visible to us, your post risks being removed without warning.
You are still welcome to post as many photos as you want after that first image, and you can absolutely use multiple links after the proof picture link.

Rule 4 Enforcement: Pricing Discussion
Posting high-value items for sale on Reddit can be intimidating, especially for newer members. Nobody deserves to be harassed or humiliated about their pricing in the comments section.
Keep it Private: If you genuinely want to help out a user regarding their prices, feel free to send a private chat or DM to discuss it politely.
Public Violation Penalties: Any public commentary or criticism regarding pricing will result in a temporary or permanent ban at the mods' discretion. Repeat offenders will face a permanent ban.
Any sideways talk, no matter how crafty you think your wording is to skirt around Rule 4, will not be tolerated. You know what you are doing, the community knows what you are doing, and the mods absolutely know what you are doing. Keep it in the DMs.

Modmail
Help us help you! While it is not required but whenever you send a modmail, please try to include:
Direct links to the post you are contacting us about.
The Reddit tag of the individuals involved.
We cannot possibly check every single post the instant it goes live. To the silent heroes who report rule violations and send us helpful modmails when you see something wrong, you are awesome! It helps the mod team immensely, and we truly appreciate you looking out for the community.
Thank you all for your cooperation!

This is a factory sealed Lowe’s online order that was never picked up in store. I’m essentially posting here at my cost. Maybe a little under depending on how much it cost to ship 😬 For purposes of this trade I’m advertising “as is” & “parts only”

no returns!!!

This is the product link. https://www.lowes.com/pd/GE-30-in-5-Burners-Black-Gas-Cooktop-Common-30-in-Actual-30-in/1000315385

New retail-$1,499

Retail sale-$749

Trade value-$200 in silver

I may decline the trade or ask for more if your address causes quote to be extremely high. I’m confident I can make 3oz work for most . Lower 48 only.
