im dealing with this issue for months, its happening with any graphic settings (Optimization to Ultra , 1080p to 4K)

even tried switching Linux Distro for checking if its W11 related, its same on CachyOS

tried with and without affinity Preset for my cpu

tried with and without PBO settings for my cpu

tried installing game on another SSD (nvme m2)

Sometimes its perfectly buttersmooth, sometimes its randomly decide kill my fps

i have no idea why it does, btw i don't have this issue on Escape From Tarkov, Warframe, Rainbow Six Siege, Counter Strike 2 etc.

-AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (Undervolted)

PBO Limit (mobo) PBO Scalar (Manual 4X Positive 200MHz)

Curve Optimizer (Negative 30-30-25-25-25-25-25-25)

-GSkill Trident Neo 32GB (2x16GB EXPO Enabled)

-860 EVO Sata 500GB (system) 970 EVO+/870 EVO (game tested on both)

When they spend any single effort for fixing game engine related issues? because its going worse with every new patch

Special Note: I tried installing Clean Windows + Steam + Game on entire seperate SSD, issue still happens, so its hardware specific optimization issue or game is just broken cause engine issues, have no problem with other games

im tired of having low framerate with any setting (optimization - low - remastered - ultra)

always have higher actual fps but somehow game stutters a lot unlike any other game i have (like Warframe, Destiny 2, Escape From Tarkov, Call of Duty MW2 (2022), and others i can't fit here,
my hardware enough to run any game but this one causes lots of trouble because of game engine, ruins gameplay experience.

the issue happens on both ocean and land btw, video is just example

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (Undervolted/Affinity Preset Applied)

- +200mhz core clock and 30-25-25-25-20-20-20-15 PBO

- /Affinity 5554

SteamOS? CachyOS? or any other suggestions?

Tired of using Slopdows11 so i can swap something better and more stable/ less bloated Operating System for my computer,

main purpose is Gaming (only Steam), Listening Music (Apple Music), and editing random things (Davinci Resolve/GIMP)

im a casual gamer and looking OS for gaming stuff mostly
