How big are the buds you're putting in the VCures?

Tossed a 4" nug away due to mold ran at 58% rh. If you have to buck the buds and clip em to basically popcorns, what's the point? Why not just whole plant hang and use it for the cure/store phase?

Haven't had mold in buds in over 6 years drying whole plants at 58 and 70F with proper airflow.

Plat 1 Div 4 match. Am I playing a smurf because I dont really understand the concept.

Two goals in on their side and im like aww man here we go but I stuck it out and did my best. I wonder if I could have won this match or if they were just playing with me all along. A few times I went for bumps or demos but was unsuccessful and...idk my practice is all over the place.

Rn I am hopping into freeplay and practicing moving ball around on the ground to various pads. Practicing power slide turns (kinda poorly), flips, half flips consistent side and diagonal flips, pinches, and recoveries <-- a big focus rn. Also getting more comfortable on the wall, dribbles, and trying to hit at least one targeted flick to a part of the goal (took about 15 attempts last night). Then im dabbling in speed flips but its been two weeks and ive not done it yet so still practicing. Then maybe I'll hit a gold, gc, striker pack. Im playing several games of comp 1s and 3s daily with the practicing and ive never played comp 2 before because im afraid I dont understand enough about rotations to be a good teammate and dont wanna bomb other people so id rather just practice until I feel more comfortable controlling the ball.

What should be some immediate focuses for the next week or so?

Sorry the video playback thing is at the bottom this. I'm still learning how to upload videos on here

Advice Needed

Advice Needed

Ok, so yesterday I posted the stats thing and yall said show a clip. Thank you.

Sorry this game is so long, but I think it's the best representation of me trying and also failing, so it's prob best for analysis.

2 - does anyone know if there's an easy way to get clips from PS to here? I had to download 5 clips and then put them back together on CapCut to post this. This was a mess ngl 🤦🏾

Anyway, here's the game. I really feel like we should have had this one, but I feel like I failed my partner. Good learning lesson. I will be looking at Flakes videos today and focusing on comp 1s and practice today. Thanks for watching.

What does this say about me? And what should be my number 1 focus be?

I just found out about this like two weeks ago smh.

On Me

I have 1200 hours in - 1k in casual 3s. The rest in comp 1s and 3s which I kinda started this season.

*I found it interesting that my ranks are not crazy far off from one another. I hit diamond earlier in the season (which this isnt showing idk why) but dropped drastically after a bad night and just kept playing.

*im starting to care less and less about what the rank says and more and more about if im actually improving.

Give me your best situational rotation advice

I feel like after watching videos and trying to practice the basics of proper rotation i still get spammed messages about rotating and it has me questioning if there is a universal standard that im still not getting that most players get.

Granted this typically comes from people I see rotating back on the wrong side or jumping from 3rd to first man but im asking because I feel like basic rotating concepts dont fully answer what to do when things happen in real time and i wanna get better. So...whats something youve had to learn when it comes to rotating? Maybe this question is best served by a scenario as an example of mistakes i likely make in game, or not im not sure.

#1 Ball is in opponent's corner. Its you vs two of them, youre outta boost. Do you keep scrapping for the ball? Does 2nd come to help and 3rd sit back? When do you rotate out if at all?

Or here's another - you play 1st lose a 50, ball blasts over 2nd mans head...3rd rotates up as you're going back and 2nd cuts from rotation to 3rd across the field after grabbing boost but you just realize this.

Hopefully im making sense. And maybe i should just watch more games of people who have a track record of doing things correctly?

Exercise anyone? Here's one of the best trucker friendly tool I feel like we arent talking about.

Resistance bands. Aside from taking up little to no space they can easily be used for strength building and flexibility. Walking is a good way to get exercise and stretching is a sleeper, but if youve got a few minutes this is a great way to get in a little more.

Legs

-I tie this around my quads and do wide side steps

-Around my ankles and do side raises or backwards leg raises

Abs

- Wrap one foot, hold with a hand and do side crunches and side steps

Arms

Curls or lateral raises

Im 41 and the biggest thing for me at this point isn't about being super strong, its about being toned and flexible as I age. Theres lots of things you can do. I just wanna encourage yall out there to keep moving. The name of the game is staying alive so show your heart and your body some love by getting that blood flowing.

What is happening to my brain and how do I create more of this?

Have you ever practiced or reached a new level where something clicks in your mind and you start to approach the game at a new level? But more than just see these new perspectives its almost like the game has slowed down?

Is this a flow state or experience starting to kick in or is the game actually moving slower than normal?

Im on console so maybe it is legitimately my connection but idk i feel like sometimes things are just clearer and the game play feels like it's happening in slower, more predictable ways even if im not fully locked in.

And can you trigger this?

Casual to Competitive Ratio

I have spent most of my 1200 hours playing casual 3s and have moved to casual 1s and mostly practice because theres a million things I need to get better at. But really...

Should I even be playing casual at all? Whats your casual to competive ratio?

I would probably say don’t chase everything that looks good. Pay attention to what effects it has and stick with things that make you want to grow it again.
