Should the zombies really be flying like that?

So every time I grapple a zombie and pull the stick downwards, they just go absolutely flying.

It happens pretty consistently and looks hilarious, but I can’t tell if this is an intended part of the grapple physics or some kind of bug.

Haven’t touched the game since release, is this a good time to jump in?

Bought the game on release and put around 20-ish hours into it before I just stopped playing. 😅 I don’t even remember there being a specific reason, I just moved on to other games.

I’ve seen it’s had quite a few patches and updates since then, so I’m wondering how much has actually changed?

Has the overall experience improved? Things like performance, combat, progression, quests, QoL, etc.

Curious to hear from people who have played both at launch and recently. Is it worth reinstalling and giving it another shot?

“Cries Trapped in the Walls” might be one of my favourite missions in Dying Light: The Beast

I’m soon at the end of story and as someone who loved DL1, this mission really brought back that feeling of fear and tension.

Going through the asylum, slowly exploring the dark halls and corridors, searching and figuring out what happened there, and having to carefully move around infected made me feel like I was playing the best parts of the original again.

You’re never fully comfortable because you know something could go wrong at any moment.
I was genuinely clenching my butt cheeks the entire time lol.

The atmosphere, the sound design, and the way the mission builds tension reminded me why I loved the first game so much.

More missions like this, please Techland.

Lodestone is honestly one of the BEST trinkets in Black Flag Resynced.

The passive gold income is great, but the biggest benefit is the quality of life.

I always hated how much stopping to loot every body kills momentum in every ac game that didn’t have “automatically looted during assassination”. So I started using the Lodestone trinket by getting it from one of the vendors in Havana. Now I just finish a fight and keep moving instead of spamming the loot button every few seconds.

The AoE looting while you’re running around also picks up nearby loot automatically, so you barely have to think about it.

It makes the game feel so much smoother, and the passive gold really adds up over time.

Anyone else think Lodestone is low-key S-tier?

Dealing with guns on Nightmare?

Im about 12% into the story and every time there are people with guns that I gotta deal with, I get absolutely shredded. Any tips on how to deal with them effectively?

It definitely doesn’t help that they got tons of health aswell.
