I have been thinking, what if people in tangier who want to improve their english just started practicing together instead of paying courses?

No pressure no teachers no formal classes, just small groups based on level where we talk and exchange ideas, make mistakes freely, and actually improve together while meeting new people at the same time

It could be beginners or intermediate or advanced doesn't matter just real conversations..

Would anyone be interested in something like this?

Lately I have been getting this feeling that a lot of people are quietly dealing with something heavy Stress, loneliness, pressure, overthinking, financial stress, or just feeling lost in general even when people looks (fine) on the outside it doesn’t always feel like they actually are it’s like everyone is carrying something they don’t talk about

Maybe I’m wrong.. but does anyone else feel this too?

Summer in Tangier feels like a completely different city The streets stay alive until late, cafés are full, people come from Europe and all around Morocco, and everywhere feels full of energy and movement. For a while, the city almost feels magical.

But when September comes and everyone leaves, something changes instantly. The streets become quieter, places feel emptier, and there’s this strange sadness in the atmosphere that’s hard to explain. Every year I feel this emptiness after summer ends, like the city suddenly loses part of its soul.

Am I the only one who feels this every year?

Anyone here in Tangier into running? I have been running every day lately and honestly it feels amazing, both mentally and physically

Would be cool to meet other people who run regularly and maybe do group runs sometimes

Eight months ago i met a girl when i was working and what started as simple casual conversations slowly became something we both looked forward to without realizing it. For six months we talked normally comfortably and respectfully. Early on she asked me a very serious question “Are you ready for marriage?” and I answered honestly that I wasn’t ready. I didn’t have enough income yet, I didn’t feel stable and I was still trying to build my life. She accepted my answer but looking back now I understand that this moment changed a lot inside her. As time passed she became more aware that our connection was turning emotional and because she is deeply religious she started to pull away. Not because she didn’t like me but because she didn’t want to fall into anything haram. Sometimes she would stop talking then come back again not because she was confused but because she was fighting between her feelings and her deen. After six months we both agreed to stop talking completely and for one month we had no contact at all. Then I made a mistake. I sent her a message from another phone number telling her that we should end everything properly. That message pushed her to take the final step and she blocked me everywhere. But she didn’t disappear without explanation. She contacted my sister and explained everything in detail. Why she blocked me, why she couldn’t speak to me again, how much she respected me and that if I ever truly wanted something serious the only halal way was to talk to her father. That hit me deeply. It showed me she wasn’t playing games. She was protecting both of us and obeying Allah. During the eight months we spoke she changed me in ways she will never know. I quit many bad habits, became more disciplined and started fixing myself because of the effect she had on my life. Six months after we stopped talking I finally began to move on but she left a deep lesson in my heart. Recently I learned that she started wearing niqab and became even more committed to her faith and honestly I am proud of her. Today I made a promise to myself. I won’t enter any relationship and I won’t talk to any girl again until I am truly ready for marriage and capable of approaching a father with confidence and stability. She didn’t break me she built me. She didn’t reject me she redirected me. Some people come into your life not to stay but to wake you up. She woke me up and for that I will always be grateful.

تدخلت في نقاش أثارني مؤخرا، ليس بدافع الجدل، بل لأن ما يطرح اليوم داخل المجتمع السعودي يعكس تحولا أعمق بكثير من مجرد مسألة وظائف أو منافسة بين مواطن وأجنبي. ما يحدث هو في جوهره إعادة تشكيل للعلاقة بين الفرد، الدولة، والسوق، وهو ما تناوله كتاب التحول العظيم، حين تحدث عن كيف يمكن لتحرير السوق بشكل واسع أن يعيد ترتيب أولويات المجتمع ويخلق توترات لم تكن موجودة من قبل

في هذا السياق، يصبح التساؤل عن لماذا الأجنبي أولى مفهوما، لكن الإجابة لا تكمن في وجود الأجنبي بحد ذاته، بل في طبيعة التحول الاقتصادي الذي يجعل الكفاءة، الإنتاجية، والمرونة هي المعايير الأساسية السوق بطبيعته لا يعرف الانتماء بقدر ما يعرف القيمة. وهذا الانتقال من منطق الاستحقاق الاجتماعي إلى الاستحقاق الاقتصادي هو ما يخلق هذا الاحتكاك الظاهر اليوم

لكن ومن باب الإنصاف لا يمكن اختزال هذا النقاش في اتهام طرف معين أو تعميم صفة على شعب كامل فداخل أي مجتمع هناك وعي متباين هناك من يدرك طبيعة هذا التحول ويحاول التكيف معه وهناك من يشعر أنه يقصى أو يهمش فيلجأ إلى تفسير ذلك بمنطق الضحية هذه العقلية عقلية الشعور بأن الفرص تسلب لا تنافس ليست حكرا على مجتمع بعينه لكنها تظهر بوضوح في مراحل التحول السريع حين لا يواكب الوعي التغير الحاصل في الواقع,

وفي خضم هذا الجدل يظهر تناقض لا يمكن تجاهله أحيانا ينظر إلى بعض الجنسياتخصوصا الغربية بنوع من التقدير بينما ينظر إلى جنسيات أخرى عربية أو آسيوية بنوع من التقليل هذا التفاوت في المعايير لا يعكس فقط خللا في النظرة بل يطرح سؤالا أعمق حول مفهوم الكفاءة نفسه هل هو فعلا معيار موضوعي أم أنه يتلون أحيانا بالصورة النمطية والانطباعات المسبقة,

ومن زاوية أخرى لا بد من استحضار تجارب مجتمعات أخرى فالمغاربة مثلل متواجدون في دول أوروبية كثيره يعملون و يدرسون ويساهمون في الاقتصاد، وغالبا ما يقاسون بما يقدمونه لا بأصولهم لا أحد يدعي أن تلك المجتمعات مثالية، لكنها نجحت إلى حد كبير في تحويل التنوع إلى عنصر قوة بدل أن يكون مصدر صراع وإن ربط قيمة المجتمع فقط بما يمتلكه من موارد مادية هو تبسيط خطير فالتاريخ يظهر أن الثروة وحدها لا تصنع مجدا دائما يكفي أن نتأمل في نماذج قامت على المال دون بناء مؤسسات قوية أو وعي مجتمعي متماسك فكانت نهايتها التراجع أو الزوال المال أداة لا أساس الأساس الحقيقي هو الإنسان ووعيه وقدرته على التكيف والتطور

وهنا تحضر فكرة )ليس ايز مور)، أن التقدم لا يعني دائما المزيد من الامتلاك، بل أحيانا المزيد من الفهم، من التوازن، ومن إعادة تعريف الأولويات وكذلك ما يشير إليه كتاب The Man Who Mistook His Job for His Life، حيث يختزل بعض الأفراد قيمتهم في دور واحد كالوظيفة فإذا اهتز هذا الدور اهتز معه إحساسهم بذواتهم وهذا ما نراه اليوم جزئيا حين تتحول الوظيفة من حق مضمون إلى فرصة تنافسية يشعر البعض وكأن هويته نفسها أصبحت مهددة

الخلاصة أن ما يحدث ليس صراعا بين مواطن وأجنبي بل مرحلة انتقالية في فهم أعمق لمعنى العمل الكفاءة والانتماء، المجتمعات القوية تبنى برفض الآخر، ولا بتبني عقلية الضحية بل بالقدرة على قراءة التحولات بوعي والتكيف معها، وبناء نظام عادل يقاس فيه الإنسان بما يقدمه، لا بما يحمله من جنسية

تمسوون على واقع أفضل 🤌🏻

بوصفي مغربيا لديه علاقات بأهل الخليج أرى أن الدعوة إلى إقصاء الأجانب وهذا واضح وجلي، اختزال مخل لقضية معقدة. إدارة سوق العمل تحتاج إلى سياسات عادلة وتنظيم فعال، لا إلى شعارات إقصائية.

ومن باب الإنصاف لا يمكن تعميم صفة العنصرية على جميع السعوديين فيهم من يرفض التمييز ويؤمن بالعدالة لكن لا يمكن أيضا تجاهل ممارسات وخطابات توحي أحيانا بنوع من التعالي أو الإحساس بالتفوق، وهو أمر يضر بصورة المجتمع أكثر مما يخدمه فالقيمة الحقيقية تبنى بالفعل والإنجاز، لا بالتصور الذاتي يزداد الإشكال حين نرى ازدواجية في المعايير يرحب ببعض الجنسيات خصوصا الغربية بينما يضيق على عرب وآسيويين. هذا التفاوت لا يمكن تبريره إذا كان المعيار هو الكفاءة والالتزام. الكرامة المهنية لا تتجزأ إما أن تكون قاعدة عامة للجميع، أو تتحول إلى امتياز انتقائي

في المقابل، يعيش ملايين المغاربة في دول أوروبية مختلفة، يشتغلون ويدرسون ويساهمون في الاقتصاد والمجتمع، وغالبا ما يقاسون بكفاءتهم واحترامهم للقانون. لا أحد يدعي الكمال، لكن التجربة تظهر أن إدارة التنوع بعدل ممكنة ومثمرة.

ثم إن التواضع فضيلة ضرورية لأي مجتمع يريد التقدم. لا يكفي امتلاك الموارد أو المال لبناء مجد دائم فالتاريخ مليء بأمثلة لجهات راكمت ثروات هائلة دون مؤسسات راسخة أو رؤية عادلة، فانتهى بها الأمر إلى التراجع أو الانهيار. المال وحده لا يصنع دولة قوية، بل تصنع بالعلم، والعمل، والعدالة، واحترام الإنسان.

الخلاصة أن قوة الدول لا تقاس بقدرتها على الإقصاء، بل بقدرتها على إدارة التنوع بعدل وحكمة، ومنح الفرص على أساس الكفاءة لا الجنسية

كنت واحد الشاب طموح، جربت بزاف ديال المجالات فالأنترنت… كاين لي نجحت فيهم شوية وكاين لي ضيعت فيهم الوقت والفلوس، ولكن فالمقابل تعلمت بزاف ديال الحوايج.

دابا وأنا عندي 27 عام، حاس براسي وصلاتني واحد المرحلة ديال الإحباط والعجز… وليت غير كنخدم وخلاص، بلا حتى محاولة نبدل شي حاجة فحياتي، مع أن هاد الوضع ما عاجبنيش، وعارف أن الخدمة ديالي دابا ما غاديش توصلني لداك الشي اللي كنت كنحلم به.

فالماضي كان عندي طموح كبير ننجح وندير فلوس من الأنترنت، وكنت مستعد نتقاتل على داك الشي… ولكن فواحد الفترة قصيرة استسلمت، ووليت عايش حياة مملة، داخل فواحد الـcomfort zone خايب وما قادرش نخرج منو.

دابا كنحس براسي غارق، وما عارفش منين نبدا ولا كيفاش نبدل هاد الروتين. حتى دوبامين ديتوكس جربتو مدة، وكنت كنتسنى شي تغيير، ولكن ما تبدل حتى شي حاجة.

كنسول راسي: واش العمر عندو دور فهاد الحالة؟ واش غير أنا اللي كنحس بهاد الإحساس؟ ولا كاين شي حل نقدر نخرج به من هاد الوضع؟

إلى كان شي واحد مرّ من نفس التجربة ولا عندو نصيحة، غادي نكون ممتن بزاف.
