Ive had weird chest sensation / pain in the left side of my upper and lower breast and in my arm mainly when I sit slouched for an extended period of time that comes and goes dont know if its heart related as pain doesnt seem to worsen with like physical movement n what not.

Has anyone ever had a weird chest feeling?!? Unexplainable?

Hi im a 24 year old man who vapes all day dont consume alchohol or caffeine and on 20mg of vyvanse ive been diagnosed with GAD for about 4 years got off lexapro back in January adhd and anxiety came back so my doctor prescribed me vyvanse 20mg, and i started taking it and things where good, first week heightened anxiety and second week i got this like chest feeling but specifically on my left breast it is like someone constantly has there hand there sometimes it feels sore and others it just like a hyper awareness on the area id say in the last month ive had the feeling for 2 weeks 1 week on 1 week off, im assuming it could be muscle related as ive been told I sleep in terrible positions and the pain tends to come and go and my doctor recently tested my bpm and I was 98 I get a Lil anxious at the doctors. I forgot to ask my doctor about this and ig im just looking for some reassurance, I dont get any dizziness or like jaw pain my arm hurts sometimes but only when its being moved or held up. I also slouch a lot.

Should I up my dose even with what im feeling?

Im a 24 year old male i vape and sit all day st an office job, i got on 20mg of vyvanse about a month ago things where decent my anxiety and adhd still poked through throughout that first month I was having odd chest pains / sensations nothing that lines up to like a heart attack possibly just muscle strain as it would pop up for a couple days go away come back, but i forgot to mention it to my doctor before he prescribed me 40mg and wants me to start my 40mg tomorrow, my bpm and blood pressure where told they where ok i just i think its just my anxiety coming through, the pain / weird feeling like someone has there hand over my left breast and the pain is in my left breast, tends to happen on the side of my body too like under thr armpit but a little lower, just a little worried switching to 40mg might cause real damage!

Worried that I might have ocd but undiagnosed.

Im a 24 year old male who struggled with anxiety about 5 years ago and was on lexapro up until January of this year, before that I have always had adhd since I was 12 years old. Was on concerta then vyvanse had to stop my vyvanse for my lexapro. I wanted to ask if I show any signs of ocd and how I can cope with them as life has been real stressful recently. The first "signs" that ive had that people told me ive had ocd is i would always count the blocks multiple times over and over again whether its outbound or in my head when playing Minecraft and building something, second is my monitors for my computer always have to be set a certain way and if anyone ever moved them I would get noticeably angry or agitated, and the same went with my keyboard. Second ever since I got off my lexapro earlier this year my anxiety came back in the form of health anxiety and me overthinking every little symptom in my body such as hearing and feeling my heart beat or something with like a sore arm. I got back on my vyvanse and one thing I noticed when im having a bad day / the start of the medication is an increase awareness of my heart rate which in turn would make me more anxious / thinking im going psychotic because a certain song is stuck in my head and like 5 to 10 seconds of it is so loud. Like i said before ive never been diagnosed but wanted to know if this is like signs of ocd and how you guys are able to cope with this as its been roughing up my life recently and making it difficult.

What to expect going from 20mg to 40mg

After a month felt 20mg wasn't enough did help my anxiety a little but felt some coming through still doctor recommended upping to 40mg and didnt really tell me what to expect just mentioned things should be the same and I was wondering what the reddit had to say about this and if it will make a difference side effect wise.

Weird body buzzing sensation?

Ive been on 20mg of vyvanse for about a month now and one side effect I notice when my med tends to wear off is i get a buzzing / tingly sensation pretty much throughout my body but mainly more upper body. Used to stress me out as I struggle with GAD and health anxiety but my mind has learned it is what it is but its just uncomfortable / annoying tbh. Im also jittery and like fidgetty more as well.

Time to up my dosage?

A little context im a 24 year old male who was on vyvanse 3 to 4 years ago before getting diagnosed with GAD and getting on lexapro, stopped lexapro this february and anxiety and adhd got terrible, got back on vyvanse 20mg for about 4 weeks now and for the first 3 and a half things where very good, now it seems once my meds wear off or even hours before they do i tend to get anxious again and when they do wear off i have a constant cognitive itch or ear worm from a song i heard that day and it truly drives me insane as its just a 4 to 5 second part of the song that constantly plays over and over again when it gets quiet. Other than that idk i feel i just need to maybe get on 40 or higher.

Just had the weirdest thing happen to me

Hi im a 24 year old man diagnosed with GAD and adhd, ive been medicated on vyvanse for almost 4 weeks now and its improved my life a lot, while at work today suddenly I felt this weird feeling all of my body like I was super heavy and I could feel it going down my body then I felt a little light headed like I was going to pass out, my pupils where also very big, I ended up stepping outside and calming myself down, the whole thing lasted around like 30 to 45 seconds, was this a panic attack? Ive never really felt one like this if it was, it was also very quick. But came on very very fast.

Does anyone have a clue for this phenomenon?!?!

So ive been on vyvanse for 3 weeks now and one thing that hasnt gone away since ive started it is when sitting and leaning on my left side I always feel my heart rate and it makes my chest have this weird like emptiness feeling like that chunk of my body is missing even though I can literally feel it pumping and it constantly tells my brain hey that shouldn't be happening so now im hyper focused on it for the next like 2 to 3 hours. It honestly made me very anxious at first as I have health related anxiety but now its the most annoying thing ive ever experienced!!!!!!

Can't really tell if this is anxiety or a medication side effect

Hi im a 24 year old male and I have recently been prescribed vyvanse for my ADHD and today is the 3rd week ive been taking it and all of a sudden today felt very different where as normally im calm and jittery free im like super wired and like cant stop fudgetting I vape as well which probably isn't helping ive only had a protein shake to eat a meat stick half a mountain dew and 1 1/2 of a water bottle over a span of 7 hours, id say in the last 2 the energy levels have gotten extremely higher with no come down in site its very anxious and making me freak out a little on what's going on.

Do I need to up my dose?

24 year old male, a little over two weeks ago I got back on my vyvanse after being off of it for 3 to 4 years, talked to a new doctor about my anxiety coming back as 1 to 2 years ago I was diagnosed with GAD got put on lexparo early February this year got off my lexapro anxiety came back and my new doctor heard I was on vyvanse before so she re pescribed it before an ssri as my anxiety mainly stems from my brain freaking out over small symptoms going on in my body, the first and second week felt good I noticed a great decrease in anxiety with the side effects being just no appetite and feeling sore on the left side of my chest and arm but all my heart rate and bpms tested at doctor where normal so I was just thinking it was anxiety stemming, today marks 4 days after the start of my 2 week phase and it all sort of feels like nothings happening and ive been really stressed more than when I was on it, kinna like im not on anything. Have a doctor's appointment tomorrow but just wanted to hear what the people have to say
