For me the song that actually introduced me to David Bowie was Under Pressure, but the album 1. Outside (The Nathan Adler Diaries: A Hyper Cycle) is what got me into his music. I discovered it from The Hearts Filthy Lesson that was used in the credits of SE7EN. It’s still my favorite album by Bowie and one of my favorite albums in general.

Favorite album

Gluttony is excessive consumption to the point of waste. Skar Doesn’t eat large amounts, but he eats more than he lets others. In the ratio of his slaves and soldiers, he eats more than he needs.

Greed is desire for more power, status or wealth when you have enough. He has his power over his army and species, but he craves more power, power over the surface world as well.

Sloth is avoidance of responsibility. While not necessarily being lazy, he makes others do things for him.

Lust is uncontrolled desire for physical things, most often sexual, to the point of objectification of others. Skar clearly impregnated several women of his species without their consent.

Pride is arrogance, egoism and narcissism that makes one blind to other’s accomplishments and downplays them. Skar is clearly prideful, he puts himself above others and treats the other Kongs as lesser than himself, he wants to be in power over others.

Envy is bitterness against someone else’s accomplishments, because you can’t have it, often resulting in trying to take it away from them. This is a bit of a stretch, Skar doesn’t exactly envy Shimo, he just takes away Shimo’s free will so he can have control over her powers, powers in which he doesn’t have.

Wrath is uncontrolled anger that seeks harm and/or vengeance, and Skar clearly shows extreme anger that results in harming others.
