fan noise ... on the right side

subtle scratching sound .. and will disappear in like a few minute or when the fan is going fast and when the fans going to turn off its will make the same noise again ... maybe bearing problem ?

Is there any setting driver that will make this game smoother ? Like stable at 30gps or more fps ?
