Postural and movement-based ear popping
For two weeks, my left ear has been popping when I tilt left (but not every time), swallow, burp, etc. I know that it’s normal for that to occur, but this has been constant. I had 2 audiology professors perform an otoscopy on me yesterday, and confirmed there’s no perforation, no fluid behind the ear drum, and no ear wax. There’s no pain or hearing loss associated.
I’m trying to figure out if this is something normal that usually resolves on its own, or if this lines up more with ETD and if I should go to an ENT. I’m not asking for a diagnosis, but I was wondering if these symptoms match anyone’s experience and if they have any insight. Thanks!
