Practicing making my own moles!

Been on a kick in the allowing kitchen witch alchemy take over my mind lately enough to make my own unusual moles!
Mole Rosa and mole de novia/blanco so far!
The drumsticks are rice paper sheets filled with marinated, sautéed and shredded king oyster mushrooms and shredded tofu, daikon radish as the”bone” then brushed with extra marinade!
PS: both moles contain golden raisins, so Luna couldn’t have any, but was incredibly happy for her PB filled baked sweet potato I had made as I cooked my mole🌻🥹

Help identifying these beauties?

I went to my local flea market in Rosarito, Mexico and found these lovely peppers! I asked the seller if he knew what species they are and yet had no clue.. (the original owner must’ve been busy running a quick errand)
I was hoping to see if anybody could help me find out which kind they are to properly care after them🖤🌻

Homemade pink mole!

Pink mole with a shredded king oyster mushroom “drumstick” 🫜🌱
I could not give any of the mole to Luna because it contains golden raisins but instead baked a sweet potato for her! 🖤

What kind of pepper is this?

I got these lovely peppers from my local glee market in Rosarito, but the seller had no clue what they were called, yet another reason to give them a new home!
I am fairly new to gardening and was hoping to see if anybody could identify the species to properly care after them! 🌻🖤
