My BFF gave me this notebook some time ago, she made it herself! Today I lit an aromatic candle and "debuted" the notebook officially as a "whimsical journal" while listening to a calming ambience sound.
Writing and doodling is more important than it seems!
I went to an artisanal fair today, it was very fun! One of the artisans make things with air dry clay, it's SO DELICATE, so small, so cute! I bought it.

No photo, sadly, but today I watched on youtube some decor videos for my home, also watched videos of Mamamoo's tour while I was drinking a kinda chai latte that I made myself.
Felt whimsy, drinking a warm and cozy beverage (on a Hello Kitty mug) while watching a girl group that I really thought would disband.

Went out and there was a mocktail that was bubblegum flavored with lime juice. I drank all of it impressed and thinking "it REALLY tastes like bubblegum!"

Bubblegum-flavored drink has to be considered whimsy, I think. Also I dressed in a special way (no pictures of me, sadly 🥲)
Following so many wonderful suggestions, I adventured myself into building a silly smol penguin from Daiso.

Little whimsy, day 1 💖
I'm looking for add some whimsy to my home and my life/lifestyle in general, but also it's being hard to me to kind of "change the mindset". It's like adult-not-dreamer side of life took over me.

Long story short, I'm looking for change my kitchen cabinets in a renter-friendly way. I couldn't find any contact-type paper with the color and finish I wanted, so I thought if I could protect the cabinets with a more affordable material and paint over it.

It would be my first time doing so, I really can't ruin the cabinets by accident and I would like the decor to stay pretty until I move out.
For lack of a exact better word, I'll just say I'm not well. I'm NOT at risk (I think it's always important to inform this), I'm just mentally tired and uninspired. It's being difficult eating, sleeping, leaving home, showering, etc. I'm apathic. Also, I'm being medicated with psychiatrist support.

I'm a adult and I'm not being capable of "adult-ing". I'm trying to recover the capacity to feel joy with simple and small things. Just the small things that keep us going. Looking for some whimsy
