Chronically ill

For those who have chronic issues, either diagnosed or not, how are you managing?

For a bit over a year I have had issues that affect getting around. I’ve been tested for everything we can think of. Nothing. It varies in severity, but always affects my mobility to some degree.

I’m single, no friends or family anywhere near.
This past week has been really bad. I just feel so alone and hopeless.

I’d love to hear your stories. Especially ones without a significant other. (Unless they are useless 🤣)

Care

This happens every year. It’s direct sunlight but there are others with similar light that aren’t burnt looking. Is there anything I can do to prevent it or do once it happens to get new growth? Ohio

Does anyone know if deadheading them will get new blooms?

My boss wants me to learn AI

The brain fog and inability to retain information make this feel impossible. HRT doesn't help so I'm looking for potential tips from anyone who has been through this hell.

Zoloft and perimenopause

Zoloft worked wonders for me until perimenopause started years ago. I still take it because no one wants to see me at my worst. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, were there any changes that helped? HRT hasn’t changed anything.
