Does anyone else feel like they enjoy driving to your destination over teleporting near or to your destination? Or is that just me?

So recently I tried to install discord through the .deb file, and it opened the app center and began installing, but then remained trying to install until i cancelled the installation. I thought "Maybe it's just discords .deb file, I'll come back to this later." It's been about 2 weeks now, and I needed to install Steam onto my Ubuntu, and I'm getting the same problem. It just says installing, and doesn't actually install anything.
Discord was attempted on version 25.10, and Steam on version 26.04 LTS, and both installations were attempted on my pi 500 keyboard.

So I'm trying to get the Iriun Webcam program running on my Pi500, and whenever I try to start it up, it just clicks to whatever window I was on last and doesn't start up. Someone told me to launch it through the Terminal, but being new to Linux, I don't know how to do that. Could someone please tell me how to do it?

Edit: The distro I'm using is the Pi5 compatible Ubuntu.

So I recently installed Ubuntu onto my Pi500 keyboard, and wanted to install Iriun webcam onto it. However, I ran into the problem where when I click on the Iriun icon, it does nothing. I tried running the command "sudo apt install v4l2loopback-dkms v4l2loopback-utils" in the terminal, and while it install the package, it still didn't get Iriun Webcam up and running. What do I do to remedy the situation?

Does anyone know the name of the mod that makes a room that you can teleport to, and see your characters from other saves. You can also recruit your other save characters as followers. I also know that the mod was featured on MxR's YT channel years ago. Any help finding the name of that mod is appreciated.
