Almost healed
Root cause was doxycycline for 45 days i had imo
Treatment: 2 rounds of rifaxmin with metronidazole tid with nac and prucalopride
Suspected sifo also so i took ittracozole with nac and prucalopride 2 mg
Then i was taking s boulradi for 2 weeks continuing prucalopride
80 percent bloat and fermentation was down
Now i am on elemental diet( i made it ) its 2 nd day and already feels like back self
I’ll continue prucalopride for 2 months or more

I have got years of hyperpigmentation and basic products like niacinamide and sunscreen and vit c isnt working for it
