Sounds like I have it.

For as long as I can remember I have day dreams that physically affect me.

It's not the sort of thing I'd take myself to a GP about because I'm low key scared of being put on ADHD meds (if that's what it is)

Just wondered if anyone experiences 'hand testing', any kind of finger interlocking, hand clenching/writhing.

My day dreams are always positive, occur most when in my office chair after a bit of caffeine.

They're at the point where I struggle to focus. I find the only thing that helps them is being tired, I've noticed that on days I go to the gym they really quiet down.

If anyone were to see me deep in one, they'd think I'm having a sort of seizure.

I went to school with a guy who had something like this REALLY bad. People probably thought he was autistic or just a young nerdy kid but it would physically effect his walk.

Sorry if this isnt maladaptive daydreaming, any insights welcome.

fyi I havent day dreamed once since writing this so that's a W

My second and probably last submission to the forum, following from my first submission for shredding down. Had a few comments on the OG post and DMs about natty status.

Just wanted to show that being lean REALLY makes a huge difference and is the night and day difference between "when you say natty, you mean no SARMs too?" when lean and "great work keep going" when bulked.

Some off season photos. Posing isn't on point, just a post workout check tbh. Looking for a posing coach so any key points to look out for when hiring one, do comment :)
