I didn't know anything about cricket, but when I saw RandiRona Challengers Bangalore lifting the IPL trophy this season I got excited to learn more about the IPL and cricket.
After doing some research, I found that Haarcb fans are among the most passionate and dedicated fanbases.
But when I dug deeper, I was shocked to find that whenever England plays, some Haarcb fans suddenly become the biggest admirers of English cricket.
They proudly celebrate every English player, defend every English performance, and somehow forget they're watching an India match.
It was genuinely something new for me. I've followed many sports and seen all kinds of rivalries, but switching loyalties because of IPL attachments was a completely new concept.
Is this some kind of culture where fans become honorary English supporters whenever it suits their cricket arguments?
