The KKR Asylum Experience in 2026 😭

Step 1: Enter KKR Asylum.

Step 2: Make a joke about RCB.

Step 3: Immediately receive enough downvotes to power Bengaluru for a week.

At this point I genuinely think half the people online whenever RCB is mentioned are not KKR fans.

I swear, mention "49 all out" and suddenly an entire battalion appears from thin air.

Nobody is saying rival fans shouldn't be here.

But it is objectively hilarious when a post in KKR Asylum gets treated like it was posted in an RCB fan club.

The funniest part?

The more people get angry at harmless fan-war memes, the more convinced I become that the memes are working.

Anyway, tears of HaarCB fans will water the grass of Eden Gardens. 💜😭🏏

49 Reasons to Remember 💜😭

49 all out.

A score so iconic that it became part of IPL folklore.

Some records are made to be broken. Some records are made to be remembered forever.

And every time someone mentions 49, somewhere a HaarCB fan suddenly becomes interested in changing the topic.

Meanwhile, the tears of HaarCB fans will water the grass of Eden Gardens.

Double standards

Rant: The Double Standards Are Hilarious

Apparently KKR Asylum is the peak of toxicity because we troll rival teams and post fan-war memes.

Meanwhile I've seen a cricket community get away with mocking players personally, body-shaming, making disgusting jokes, and saying things far worse than anything I've seen here ,that too against those players who won trophies for India.Yet somehow that doesn't get the same outrage.

Don't get me wrong—every fanbase has toxic people. KKR fans do too. But the way some people talk, you'd think KKR Asylum is a criminal organization while similar or worse behavior elsewhere gets brushed off as "banter."

If we're going to criticize communities, then apply the same standards to everyone. Either trolling and fan-war memes are acceptable sports banter, or they aren't. The standards shouldn't magically change depending on which fanbase is involved.

That's my rant. Feel free to disagree.

Rasicm against Bengalis

I can understand the state of IPL banter has fallen so low that some people think calling KKR "Bangladeshi" is a devastating insult.

Imagine being so short on actual cricket arguments that your best comeback is "Haha, Bangladesh."

If a team lives rent-free in your head, at least come up with creative trolling. Dragging an entire nationality into a franchise rivalry doesn't make you funny it just makes you look immature.

Cricket fans deserve better banter than this.
