Horrible Mother

This just makes him easy prey for the Amber Heards of the world. Considering that he’s black I can especially see white women taking advantage of this. Respecting women (and men) is important but no woman who lays a hand on someone out of anger deserves respect. You should be able to defend yourself against anyone who hurts you, male or female.

Just saw this post that was promoted to main feed, a man looking for a feminist oriented men’s space in a city, subreddit of that city. And comments and discussions…

Also commenters pointing out reality and things, what this subreddit and other related subreddits discusses, are getting downvoted and being told to shut up in that post as well…

Banned for sexism by calling out misandry. Make it make sense.

Just got banned from a subreddit, under a post about abortions for this comment. Apparently its harassment/sexism, however the user I was responding to is completely unaffected.

Interesting, I guess "Men = evil" is an awesome community to have.

Men vote both for and against it, as do women. Its nothing about sexes, its about the morality of it. The only thing that comment tried to achieve is paint men as monsters.

Which is whatever, hateful people online are borderline expected. Its the fact that moderators banned me and deleted my comment, but clear as day misandry is just left alone is insane to me. This basically means this behaviour/stance is endorsed and it will foster this kind of community which will is in turn just normalising misandry. Vile.

Woman worries about having a son, because of "possibilities of him harming women and girls". Another suggests terminating him because of his sex.

me when my views on gender are based on conspiracies created by feminist women

I'm frankly not even sure if it's misandry more than actual misoginy anymore

Someone on Threads is calling for homicide against men just for “Bad Vibes”.

So I was watching a video about someone debunking the 62 million men myth, and this was shown in it. It made me really angry. Stuff like this makes me fear what could happen in the future. I fear for myself, my male friends, and my male family members because of that type of thinking. If someone ever does homicide against any of them because they're men, I will make sure that they are locked up for life.

Thoughts on Posts I've seen

https://preview.redd.it/5626q9hp712h1.png?width=765&format=png&auto=webp&s=d4de7ffd3c7cadc2b17534ea23e6ac99f2202d31

I keep seeing posts where people mention worldwide, historically, or in some countries, when mentioning why misandry is fine/not as bad.

I don't really understand the logic of it, what am I supposed to do about people that are dead and buried now? What am I supposed to do about the Taliban and such? This is grouping all men with the worst examples you can find on the entire planet regardless of if you can actually influence it at all.

I feel like if your argument can't find enough living people or local/home country examples then the argument becomes hollow personally.

Kind of a random ramble, apologies.

They’re so close

The whole body count shaming is rooted in misandry. It’s all about the way male sexuality and the penis is viewed as degrading and dirty.
Men don’t shame women who have slept with other women. They shame women who have been with lots of men. Women say “how come this doesn’t happen when men have lots of sex?!?”
But it does… when men have sex with another man even just once, he’s been corrupted. Just look at how women treat bisexual men. The idea that bisexual men are all actually gay is from the idea that male sexuality and sex with men is so corruptive.
Female sexuality is seen as innocent while male sexuality is demonised. The same reason why women get away with sexual assault while men are accused of sexual assault for just staring at a women, because even that is too degrading and penetrating and intrusive. If you wanna talk about rape culture, this feeds into the idea that women are less likely to sexual assault, because it’s not seen as assaulting.

“I would never call a man unproblematic.”

For those who aren’t familiar with Pitbull (AKA Mr. Worldwide), he is one of the sweetest and most genuine people in the music industry and the complete opposite of how he portrays himself in his songs. In this video he is speaking in support of his fans who dress up as him at his concerts. Stan Mr. Worldwide and fuck misandrists.

This stupid tiktok i saw today

I was on tiktok and I found this video it was titled "Most common male traumas and how to exploit them" which... what the fuck? Excuse me? And all the comments were defending her too they were all saying "Well MEN have been doing this for centuries" Which is a great excuse for wanting to be an ex gf/wife in reddit stories. I find it almost entertaining how they're using it as a justification to abuse more timid men who have likely never made any sexist joke about women and categorifying them as all the same which is just such a double standard? Its js so corny because I doubt the people who try and use it is actually working for them😭
