[Hiring] AI Automation Specialist - Ukrainian only - Full-time Sunday - Thursday 9AM-6PM Israel Time ($15/hr)
Here's the overview of the AI Automation Specialist role:
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize AI-based agents for sales, customer service, operations, and customer management.
Create advanced business automations using Make and n8n.
Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
Build intelligent workflows between CRM systems, ERP systems, WhatsApp, forms, lead systems, emails, spreadsheets, dashboards, and more.
Analyze business needs and transform them into practical AI solutions.
Write prompts, conversation flows, agent logic, and decision-making processes.
Perform quality assurance for AI agents, including response accuracy, objection handling, information collection, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and closing loops.
Optimize performance based on KPIs such as conversion rates, response times, lead quality, appointment booking rates, and closing rates.
Identify manual business processes and turn them into automated workflows.
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
Document processes, create SOPs, and transfer knowledge to internal teams.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience building AI-based agents — חובה.
Strong knowledge of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other relevant platforms.
Hands-on experience with Make — mandatory.
Hands-on experience with n8n — mandatory.
Experience building advanced automations, not just basic workflows.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data structures.
Experience connecting different systems and transferring data securely and reliably.
Understanding of sales processes, customer service, leads, sales funnels, and follow-up systems.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technological solutions.
Strong independent work skills, problem-solving abilities, and systems thinking.
Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Russian with clients, vendors, and international teams.
Candidates must present previous work, built agents, active automations, or examples of real-world performance and results.

Ability to write technical and operational specifications.
Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript and/or Python — advantage.
