Like i can make make friends but do not know how to keep them and always end up in a big fight and lose connection or end up ghosting them Many Good great friends are there but not best friends

So I have this man and he was the one who approached me and everything and I ignored him for the longest time but ended up being attached now he wants to break up but I can't let go seriously partly because I got really comfortable with him but ik he is not right for me and I am actually way out of his league he treats me right acc to his mood and I also wanna seriously let go but couldn't partly because I'm really not good with friendships ig so I can't keep friends like I make friends but then I get attached and act all mad so it happened 2 times so now I don't get so comfortable with friends
