Lost order from CoolToysClub
I've been shopping with CTC for a while with no issues, until my most recent order.
I preordered some figures in December, and they finally shipped in March. After a week in transit the shipping info stopped being updated. I waited a couple more weeks and nothing happened. So I contacted the shipping company (EQuick China) and they told me the packages are lost and to contact the seller.
So I contacted CTC about it and they said they'd look into it... after weeks of silence from them I asked them for an update and they basically said "it's still under investigation".
It's now been over a month since the packages were lost. I'm starting to doubt I'll ever get my order and fear that even if I do end up getting it, it will be in a bad condition.
Really dissapointed in CTC about all this, as I had a simmilar situation happen to me when ordering from another seller a year before. But they were immediately able to confirm with the shipping company (EQuick China again) then offered to refund/resend my order, instead of needlesly dragging things out.
As things stand I probably won't buy/recommend buying from CTC ever again.
I understand that this isn't a customer support hotline, but I just needed to have my story heard 😅
