Reta -WITH- Sema?

I am on Day42 of 2mg/week of reta in two divided 1mg doses...the first week/10 days, my digestion was fairly silent but since then, tormented by reta-rrhea 2-3x/week. In exchange, I am getting very little appetite suppression, hm.

I was on sema 2mg/week for two years previously but stalled (down 65lbs; current BMI still 31 tho); on sema, I was marginally constipated pretty much constantly.

WHAT IF I backed the reta down to 1mg/week and added sema 1mg/week? Maybe sema up to 1.5-2mg/week after allowing a month (to do the build-up thing).

Any advice y'all have would be much appreciated!

//Ps: Yes, Imodium/loperamide works. Taking it preventatively makes me soooo drowsy, tho.//

Fake. Eyelashes.

We are witnessing notably fewer Bogus Caterpillars Perching On Eyelids this season, and that's refreshing, IMO.

OK: It's definitely helpful!

Hello friends, I (64F) am on Day9 of subq plain ol' Selank, TODAY I ('finally') felt....Pretty Good! JUST FOUND OUT, for best results one should inject on empty stomach and wait a couple hours before eating. Dosage circa 0.80 mg/day = 800mcg/day. I'm trying to address depression/anxiety/self-diagnosed ADHD.

Today I went to the grocery store at 9am, took 6 bags garbage to the dumpster, and popped over to hang out with a friend. This for me is an IMMENSE Improvement! Note: I am also taking SSRI which has NOT been doing me any good whatsoever. I'm gearing up to add some subq Semax this week? Any advice?
