Finished commission from ffruug of me and my friend's sarentu player characters! Since you can see the coop player 2 stand-in in the opening sequence, we decided they're non-identical twin brothers. Their father was a zeswa dusk rider and Vin'tsawe (blueberry) takes the most after him, Tomp takes more after Kataru.

Westfest is a fucking shitshow, but the new AQH aren't, thank god. I have zero compaints about the horse, I'm absolutely enamored. I could never find the old cake with the peppermints to buy ingame anymore, so I never use the ones I have stocked up... but Candle King is very special, and I think he deserves it. I have the same issue with the baguette treats, so maybe he'll get a baguette tomorrow. If you know where to get those [if its still possible at all], let me know, lol.

I drew this in 2022 a little after I had to move back to my hometown, into my childhood home, after things completely fell apart with my living situation before that. It was great at first; I was visibly and loudly trans masc in Texas, during high school even, so I was sure I'd be able to handle my grandmother. I'd get to see and be around my grandpa as much as I needed to, he was the only one who ever got me and treated me with respect, even before I came out. So dealing with her seemed like a fair enough price, especially since she was helping us (mostly at my grandfather's request). It was the least i could do to passively take it, and I thought, well I survived Texas. This shouldn't be too bad.

I was wrong. It wasn't... Serious abuse. It was just verbal. It wasn't constant. It was death by a thousand cuts and the rare spectacularly nasty confrontation. From day 1 I went out of my way to make myself small and stay out of her way but it wasn't good enough. For spiritual reasons I kept my hair in a long topknot (past tense, as I've shaved it all off recently during a breakdown) and she constantly used the length of it as a cudgel against me being a man. I think I had done that same thing- melting down and hacking off the topknot I spent years growing and maintaining in a frenzy of self loathing and disgust- before I drew this. Four years is far for me to remember.

Anyway I lost track of where I was going with this.... So ig I'll cover the obvious things I've had to explain in the past: his body is entirely cis masculine because it's subconsciously my 'ideal' body. In dreams that's what I'm inside of, my unrealistic expectations or maybe what the people around me demand I be before they let me be. A rigged game. The horse head represents the true nature, the animal id, the real self. It's a little pretentious, ig. I think I've earned the right, lol.

I used Clip Studio Paint asset store assets for the roses and clouds. Everything else is all me. Because I posted this four years ago, my art blog AND main blog's urls have changed. My art blog is aldousorlock now.

Spent a hot while waffling on the Spring Bonnie because I didn't like the color (i prefer the more orangeish warm yellow color used for the yellow rabbit costume and the scrapped spring bonnie model from HW) but now I regret waiting so long. I decided to ask for him for my birthday and family came through LMFAO.

I'm obsessed with him. People said they're quality plushies and by god, they are. I can't wait to dress his ass up, he doesn't know whats coming. The magnetized limbs mean he can wear anything his body fits inside of... Endless possibilities.

Strawbambi are just a little fun playground of aesthetics, not much lore to them yet. I mainly just like making designs. Theyre little dessert/snack themed dudes with animal ears and tails and can turn into their animal (like those little dudes from Swan Lake, specifically Barbie) when they like.

Left to right is boba tea (cat), king cake (donkey), lofthouse cookie (goat, iirc?), hot cocoa (raccoon), and tiramisu (horse). Some of these were made for friends of mine, the ones that are specifically mine are King Cake and Tiramisu.

I need to refine his black beaktip because it looks like a Groucho mustache but otherwise he's cute. This is the first pass, much streamlining to come if i revisit him (simplifying his stockings to just having the heart and clover only, simplifying his blanket, taking spots off his blaze). I'm especially fond of the chunky back feet.

He's fourteen this year and doing strong! Born in Texas, now Ohio resident like his natural Ohioan papa. He's got opinions about the weather. That spot he's in on the hot pink blanket is his favorite, he'll lay there regardless of what blanket or pillow is there.

Dolly Partner might be the single worst thing I've drawn in my life, and I've drawn Howard the Duck's penis. Twice. Anyway my only regret is I didn't make Whinfrey even smaller and more pathetic.
