Hey all- my almost six year old, who has Down Syndrome, has the widest, brick-iest, most rectangular Shrek feet I have ever seen. I say this adoringly because he is the best. While we love See Kai Run brand, the other kids in our area are targeting his "not cool" shoes and I find the sneakers also are not lasting as well as they used to. While I realize this is ridiculous, I don't want him to be any more of a target so I'd like to get him a more recognizable brand of shoes (New Balance, Nike, Adidas) . I know New Balance has extra wide- the velcro never seemed to quite make it and stay closed on the NB wide we tried a few months ago. Can anyone speak to the Extra Wide actually making it across the top of a foot without hanging on by a thread? Thank you!

I used Ion permanent brights in purple with 20 developer. There’s a small patch that looks like it didn’t take (likely user error!)
To fix it— Do I use the dye with developer again? Only the dye? Or should I use a purple depositing conditioner instead? Thank you!
