What has been predicted before and began to be shown with last week's results have come to fruition: after two weeks of experimentation with the new cards, players seem to be returning to ol' reliable Blurple, at the cost of Blue-White and Blue-Green both significantly dropping in usage. This vacuum leads to Red-White gaining back its second-place status, as the people who played with its new toys seem to have been content with them. All the while Green-White maintains its slow decline, unintentionally forming the boundary between the top and bottom halves of the rankings.
But beyond that, we now have deck lists! Granted they're just for the NTC side of things and not the Store Qualifiers, (and the data so far only goes up to May 10, so comparisons with usage data will use those data points instead) but it's still a pretty respectable dataset with 1,273 total decks analyzed.
Win Rates: More of the Same?
(see third and fourth images)
Short answer: Yes.
B/P getting First Place in 35% of all events observed, getting in Top 4 for 31%... doesn't feel like that much has changed.
As for the other deck colors: the next four color combos (i.e Blue-White, Blue-Green, Red-White, Green-White) have about equal likelihoods of getting into Top 4, but remarkably Green-White has a slightly higher chance than the others to clinch the Top 1 win.
GD04...
Let's see how GD04 has affected deck-building with determining which new cards are most frequently seen in players' decklists:

| 2 | GD04-077 | Flat (Militia) | 20.90% | 3 |

| 5 | GD04-033 | Neo Zeong | 9.66% | 3 |
| 6 | GD04-056 | Sword Impulse Gundam | 8.80% | 3 |
| 7 | GD04-122 | Jaburo | 7.78% | 2 |
| 8 | GD04-066 | Unicorn Gundam (Awakened) | 7.31% | 3 |
| 9 | GD04-016 | Zoloat (League Militaire) | 7.15% | 4 |

| 11 | GD04-038 | Gundam Exia | 5.97% | 4 |
| 11 | GD04-098 | Riddhe Marcenas | 5.97% | 3 |
