Is a target retirement date fund good enough for my 457b?

I'm a state employee with a 457b through Empower, and my investment options are limited to a small number of funds.

I'm 28, and I've heard that these target date retirement funds are often more conservative than they should be for someone of my age group. For example, the fund is currently 4.27% bonds (which increases over time) which seems pretty unnecessarily conservative at my age. I have a personal Roth IRA that I have entirely invested in VT, and was considering an allocation similar to that.

Is it worth switching to some combination of "Large Company Stock Index Fund", "Small Company Stock Index Fund", and "International Stock Index Fund"? Or is the target date fund good enough and I'm just overthinking it?

These are all my options:

About the new hero's affiliation...

Some people have noticed an odd inconsistency between the JP and EN trailers and I have a theory to explain it.

The English trailer shows Shimmer's affiliation in the chain attack order as Agnian. Nothing odd here, right?

What's odd is the Japanese trailer shows her affiliation in the chain attack order as belonging to the City.

Assuming this isn't a mistake, this must mean that her affiliation changes at a certain point.

My theory is that she initially presents herself as an Agnian who belongs to a colony (complete with a blade weapon with a fake flame clock) and joins the party with an Agnian affiliation so as not to spoil that anything is off about her to the player, but during her ascension quest it's revealed that she exists outside of the cycle like Rex did and her affiliation will change to The City.

This also explains why some of the promotional images show Shimmer and Mio at the founders statues in the City. I bet this is during her ascension quest.

Issues With Video Preview Thumbnails

I added an alternate version of a show I already had on plex (The Superfan cut of the Office), and after scanning the files and splitting the show into two separate entries via the Plex web UI, I noticed that the new Superfan entry didn't have video preview thumbnails, even after manually kicking off a new scan.

I ended up deleting the preview thumbnails for the entire library, but I cannot get Plex to regenerate them. I tried the following steps:

  1. Delete preview thumbnails and initiate scan (didn't work)
  2. Delete thumbnails, empty trash, clean bundles, initiate scan (didn't work)
  3. Delete thumbnails, empty trash, clean bundles, disable and re-enable video preview thumbnails, initiate scan (didn't work)

I also tried letting the schedule task run during maintenance overnight (I have Generate video preview thumbnails as a scheduled task enabled) but no thumbnails were generated.

Any issues with using steamos recovery to reuse steam deck nvme without wiping the drive?

I swapped my steam deck oled's nvme into my Legion Go 2, booted into the steamos recovery image, and instead of wiping the drive I ran a repair to preserve my user data and games from the steamdeck.

It seems to have worked and I haven't encountered any issues yet... Anyone else tried this? Did you eventually run into an issue that required a full reimage? I'm suspicious about how easy this was lol

Our old lady Logan was getting lonely after her last flockmate passed away, and now she's quite happy to have a flock again. Logan's 3 years old, and the rest are all about 6 weeks old
