Somehow my ds4 controller kept ghost pressing ps button while playing and it's getting annoying

It takes me home and goes to quick settings.

Is there any solution?

I already pressed the back to reset it

I recently bought a new game and halfway the game it says I have to copy application but it's stuck and it says 99+hours to finish but it doesn't move at all

My hb told me class A has a little delay

And this controller I saw online has a circle stripes on the screw which YouTube said was orig? The seller said it's from Japan but Im not sure cus the joystick looks weird..
