The disservice to Sher Shah Suri is appalling.

Funny how everyone talks about Mughal Defeats and forgets to mention Sher Shah Suri.

While Marathas , Ahoms & Rajputs were successful in repelling the Mughal Invasion, Sher Shah Suri actually dismantled the Mughal Empire and sent Humayun back to Kabul.

Many People & Influencers are really overthinking about Kunki's loss and are coming up with weird arguments about her loss.

Given the BJP wave , she would have lost even in a seat with 100% Assamese voters. Even her Party president, who has been in politics for some time, could not manage to win.

However here are some of the blunders she & her team did leading up to the election according to me-

  1. Beef Controversy - Not erasing the social media presence of her mother. You can't beat BJP in their game of polarization in the name of beef , hindu/muslim, love jihad etc.

  2. Not exploiting her opponent's weakness - There were reports of a man who committed suicide few years ago because of Vijay Gupta. Also an Artist not being paid by Vijay Gupta's son. Like Pawan Khera , she should have exposed Vijay Gupta through a press conference.

Not long ago , a large number of Biharis were killed in Assam. The situation was so dire , the then CM of Bihar , Lalu Yadav had to come to Assam for an appeal for Peace. Both the media & Government of India were unbothered at that time.

Now , the same people have political representation in the Assembly.

I have no hopes from him , he'll most likely be a dalal for his marwari friends to get Government Contracts, and take his cut.

However this is a good day for the Hindi speaking population of Assam.

To all those people wondering whether someone from Assam can fight a election in Bihar , Heera Sarania (former ULFA militant) fought 2024 Lok Sabha elections from Bihar.

(Funny thing is Vijay Gupta is most likely from Gorakhpur, UP & I voted for Kunki Chowdhury 😂)
