WTF is up with Grant/Forest? Why are the residents at 3 Rees St/Olmsted Residence (Psych center on Forest Ave) allowed to buy drugs, smoke crack, huff paint and shit on the sidewalks and have a warm bed to sleep in every night? Does NYS care about the neighborhood?
Title speaks for itself.
Who tf runs that building?
The "residents" panhandle all day and do drugs all day in the neighborhood. That building alone supports a couple crack houses in the neighborhood and a bunch of drug couriers on bikes.
I recently spoke with the Grant St post office and they kick the crackheads out daily and have to clean up their shit on the sidewalks.
NYS should be ashamed.

88 year old man, beaten to death by 16 year old in Buffalo, NY. Sentencing July 14th.
Murder occurred in my neighborhood in Buffalo, NY. Very disturbing.
Trend of violent "YNs" stabbing and beating the weaker members of society. A homeless can man was stabbed a few years ago, filmed for internet clout.
The murderer is being treated as a "minor" and is being held in juvenile detention. Only convicted of manslaughter.
Welcome to NY. Praying for justice and a firm sentence.
