URL change and indexing

I started my blog https://lukewarmmom.com in 2025 Aug in wordpress premium (not self-hosted). It was ok so far with like 1000+ views per month. So I applied for journey with mediavine and got removed from the queue and had to reapply, only to get rejected. I decided to fix my blog for another 3 months before reapplying.

First thing I changed was the url of my pages.. everything had the format https://domain/date/postname . I made it https://domain/postname. Now I am having a hell of a time changing all the internal links and pinterest links manually.

Would it have been easier if my site was self hosted? I always get feedback from here that my site should be self hosted for applying to mediavine. But that didn't seem to be a problem as there are plugins related to mediavine available in wordpress premium.Anyone who monetized without self hosted wordpress?

Can I use a tool to change the internal links in pinterest? What are the odds that my Pinterest account will get affected if I change links manually many times a day?

My older pages are still indexed in Google and getting a few clicks that are going to 404. I am not able to get an automatic 303 redirection solution for free . So I left it as such.

Any suggestions .. plugins or shortcuts for changing the internal links automatically? And getting google indexing done quicker?

50 fun brain break games for classroom

Teachers spend hours keeping students engaged, but even the best lesson can lose its impact when kids start feeling mentally tired. A quick brain break can reset attention, improve focus, reduce restlessness, and make the classroom feel more positive—all without sacrificing much instructional time.

Blogging with multiple clusters

So I started a mom blog last year and I wrote posts that interested me as a parent, but they were a bit random.. like one day I wrote about mom self care, one day about kids education, and another about games kids can play ..and I thought categorizing them would be enough.

But now I see that I should have just chosen one of these topics. Now a part of me is aligned towards just choosing one of these topics as major and trying to build seo around that. But the mom part of me wants to just talk about everything on these topics and cluster them around the categories..like one for mom self care, one for parenting and one for learning and keep them as separate menu items. Apart from google seo, is it hurting my subscribers or readers? And what would you do differently?
