I have state rank of 9k , should I do counselling for private medical colleges? Heard it closed around 8k earlier also I am Nk2 (Non keralite) ...

I want to know it's cut off for management quota for outside student (JHARKHAND) And I have AIR 1.25K ... Please tell its real fees too .. It's pros and cons.. Or Can I go for KEAM Counselling too in hope of any seat in stray or mop up round for kerala private medical as they have low budget in this rank.. Any response would be appreciable..
