I’m starting to notice wrinkles. Did red light therapy actually make a visible difference for you?

Lately I’ve been noticing more fine lines around my forehead and eyes, and I keep seeing people recommend red light therapy for wrinkles and skin aging.

I’m interested but I also don’t want to spend money on something that only gives super subtle results. For anyone who’s actually used it consistently, did you notice real changes in your skin or did it feel overhyped?

Just looking for honest experiences before I invest in anything.

testing voice to text transcription tools, struggling to find one accurate enough for real-world audio

i’ve been testing a few voice to text transcription tools online and trying to find one that holds up in real use

my main use case is recorded calls, interviews, and content work. the issue i keep running into is that most tools are fine with clean audio, but accuracy drops a lot when there are accents, background noise, or overlapping speech

some tools get the general idea right but still need a lot of cleanup after, especially with punctuation and formatting which slows things down

i’m trying to figure out what actually performs well in messy real-world audio, not just clean test samples

curious what tools you’ve tested and which ones actually handled these conditions better in practice

I keep seeing the Mirae facial sonic cleansing device pop up lately and I’m honestly curious if people are actually still using these kinds of sonic cleansers long term.

At first glance it looks like one of those skincare gadgets that feels really satisfying to use, especially in the shower, but I’m wondering if it actually makes a noticeable difference or if a good cleanser + hands already does the job.

I’ve also got slightly sensitive skin so I’m a bit worried about whether it might be too harsh with regular use or if it’s actually gentle enough for daily cleansing.

If anyone has tried it for a while, did you notice any real improvements or is it more of a “nice to have” thing?

Has anyone here had experience with honestpeptide.com?

I'm wanting to order some sema. Had previously ordered a couple of times from Peptide Sciences before it shut down, and I'm now unsure where to buy from. That used to be one of the more talked about sources.

It looks like they have published COAs and a couple of reviews on trustpilot but never knows if those are real or not. Would really appreciate hearing real experiences before I decide anything.
