How does one know that a property offered on Daft is real and legit?
I'm looking at rentals in Cork, some look great and priced well, how do I make sure it is legit?

I've also been studying futures for over a year now. I'm definitely not claiming to be an expert, but I've learned enough to hold a conversation, and I always enjoy talking markets.
I'm moving from the US, but I'm not entirely sure where I'll end up yet (even though I'm moving this summer... yes, I know I should probably have decided by now 😄).
At first I was leaning toward Wicklow, but lately I've been thinking about heading farther west for saner prices, more countryside, and a bit more fresh air, so maybe Sligo. That said, I'm very open to ideas. I'd really like to avoid living in a large city while still having several good secondary school options nearby. My biggest priority is finding a secondary school for my son that can provide some extra support he needs.
Feel free to let me know what you think, big hello to everyone! I'll be there soon. 🙋♀️👋
I did some work on my home and had to board 4 of my 5 cats for a week during that time. I have 2 females, 3 males, all ages 5 and 6. I kept my most timid male, Timon, at home with me so he wouldn't have to face the stress of boarding. Two days ago, I brought the other four cats back home.
Before this, they all got along well and slept on my bed together. Now, Timon is completely hiding away, refusing to mingle with the group, and won't even come out for breakfast, even for his favorite wet food.
What should I do to help him adjust and feel safe again?
My son and I are moving over to Wicklow. It's a bit of a last moment thing.
He’s 15 and high-functioning, and he's into a bit of everything, woodworking, scouts, rock and mineral collecting, and D&D. He’s also dead set on taking up clay shooting and airsoft.
We can rent anywhere in the area from Greystones down south. Do you know if any of the local secondary schools have a D&D club and woodworking club, or if there are any sports centres or scout groups nearby? I'd love to find a spot where he can get stuck into those activities and meet a few lads his own age with the same interests.
