What's one thing about NEET prep that nobody warned you about?

I used to think the hardest part of NEET prep would be Physics, the huge syllabus, or studying for long hours every day.

Turns out, nobody really warned me about the mental side of it. The constant comparison with others, feeling guilty whenever you take a break, watching your friends move on while you're stuck preparing, and wondering whether all the effort will actually pay off.
