As the title suggests I have been mailing the ECR team of amazon for 10 days now, they promised a resolution by 31st July and since then I have been mailing them but they are not responding only. Everytime I receive an automated response that they ewill revert but they never do. What to do now? Can anyone help me please.

Furthermore, no refund or replacement will take place. We will also not return the product that you have sent to us and the complaint stands closed from their end.

I have filed a Consumer court complaint as well, I have been called by the Registry office to submit 3 sets of complaints and tickets and all so that notices can be sent to the parties.

Ecr team is also not reverting to my mails.

This is the amazon response on my NCh complaint of Wrong product delivered and I have submitted Unboxing video and also other things along with that filed NCH complaint on 25th july received this today. What can I do now?

So I filed NCH complaint and mailed ECR team on 25 july and they assured me that they will provide resolution by 31july but when I received no communication from them. I reached out today.

Callback option is unavailable, and on chat the level 1 customer executive is saying they have denied refund. What to do now? I am not sure whether he is talking about this investigation of ECR team or the previous investigation done by Amazon customer executive. Please help me out.

I am trying to call customer care for my return issue but it shows this. What could be the issue if anyone could help me with that? What is this stupid thing amazon doing that is causing customers a lot of problems.

Is there anyone whose refund is stuck and they sent a mail to grievance officer and they have provided the reolution involving decent amount of product.

I have already filed NCH complaint and also what is the timeline of grievance officer reverts to the mail as in in how many days and how often should I follow up?

If someone who has done this please help me out, would be of great help. Thank you.

Hey guys, I have filed the NCH complaint on my pending refund of 40,500 as the product was picked up and even after investigation they are withholding the refund and provided no satisfactory resolution which has caused a lot of mental agony and anxiety. I have received this response from their ECR team. What can I do now?
