About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to support students throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, maintain regular communication, track student progress, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard new students and guide them through the learning process.

- Build strong relationships with students and provide ongoing support.

- Communicate with students via Discord, SMS, email, and CRM (minimal to no phone calls).

- Follow up with inactive students and encourage engagement.

- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Coordinate with coaches and internal teams to resolve student concerns.

- Schedule and send reminders for coaching sessions, onboarding meetings, and important updates.

- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the student journey.

- Assist with basic project coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Excellent written English communication skills.

- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relations, Account Management, or a similar role.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work environment.

- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Experience with online education, coaching, or SaaS companies is a plus.

Compensation:

- Salary: PKR 75,000–135,000/month (based on experience and skills).

- Full-time remote position.

- Night shift aligned with US EST hours.
