Hey reddit, this is my first time making a post and im not really a reddit user so im sorry if i screw something up. Im 19 years old and i had a relationship that lasted one year, we broke up on the 19th of June because i saw him flirting on discord with some random girl. Our relationship was really good and i dont think that i can find anything better, he treated me so amazing and i really want him back. All my friends know this and i live in a small town so probably some people im not even in contact with know this too. Last night we talked and i saw how much he misses me and regrets doing what he did. We will go out some day to talk about the break up. I dont know what to do i need help should i forgive his cheating because i really miss him and the comfort i had in the relationship and i miss everything about the relationship. Theres one thing holding me back is that hes going to do it again and also the backlash im going to get from my friends is going to be awful. Please help!
