Should I secure my seat at SRM rpm for BTech CS w/s cybersecurity?

I am confused between SRM rpm and UPES. Where should I secure my seat? I am a female North Indian so I am a little dicey about SRM. Also what are good private colleges for BTech? Also should I give cuet?

I got Cse w/s cybersecurity at rpm. Is it worth it? Also I have heard that they have very strict rules for girls dress code, is that true? Also as a north indian how hard it is to adjust?
