I am obsessed with the children-of-fairytale-characters trope. I don’t care if people think it’s played out I love it. I’m literally writing a book with that trope right now. Every time I watch or read something with it in media, I automatically connect it to Descendants, because why not? It’s my favorite thing to do.

Hook has three daughters and a son? Great—add Neal Jr. from Once Upon a Time in there too.

Maleficent and Hades have Mal and Hadie? Great let’s throw in Faybelle Thorn from Ever After High too. I don’t care if Ever After High uses the Brothers Grimm versions.

And I will keep doing this until Generations are filled does OCs count of course they count

Theres so many things I will never forgive Disney for doing to descendants 1.The Harry hook and Gil Gaston kiss 😭 2.Chloe and Zellie storyline they could have made history with the first same Gender kiss in a Disney channel movie ! That damn mouse !Disney had a same gender couple in andimack Tyrus (Cyrus and Tj) but Disney canceled that and their was no kiss.Disney had four chances but they cancel everything

Can the Wonderland Kids hear Narrators and I only it’s only three of them but I know that Kitty and Maddie can hear them but can Lizzie ?

At this point, it’s getting ridiculous because there’s so much hate for the new movie, which is aimed toward a new generation of Descendants fans, by the way! If you’re not going to watch the movie, why do you care what the songs sound like or what the movie looks like? I actually want to know.
And I don’t want to hear the “They’re ruining the franchise I grew up on” or “Descendants lost the plot” arguments. I need something new, because the first three movies are still on Disney+ to watch anytime. So watch them and stop complaining. Y’all are too old to be hating on a kids’ franchise. Yes, the first movie came out when we were kids, but it’s still a kids’ franchise. STOP IT!

And the hate for “Perfect Princess” is crazy too.
Max Hatter is the grandson of the Mad Hatter and the son of Maddox hatter . He is NOT the Mad Hatter, FYI.

Also, the same arguments keep getting repeated:
“It’s cringy.”
“It’s too modern for Descendants.”
Descendants has ALWAYS had modern slang.
Examples:
Celia called Ben Mal’s “bae” in D3.

Dude literally said “amazeballs.” In D3.

Chad called Evie a “gold digger.” In D1

So yes, modern language in Descendants is not new.

And to the people saying it’s “too cringy”… do y’all not remember Ben’s solo in “It’s Going Down”? Or “Night Falls”when Mal said:
“Suit of armor, strong and true, make this metal bust a move.” And they started doing those dances

Cringy moments are NOT new for Descendants either 😭
If you’re stuck on nostalgia, just say that!

So we know Red and Chloe messed up the timeline when they traveled back in time, which changed everything. But I hope they don’t fix everything in one movie, because that would break the usual time travel trope where things get changed and then fixed in the next movie. I need them to stay in the new timeline, appreciate it, and learn to adjust, since they’re the only ones who remember the original timeline.Also I need a Scene where hopefully Cinderella and the Queen of hearts mention that red and Chloe looks like the girls they met at Merlin academy

And here’s where it might piss some people off,I want at least one more trilogy, please! We have the Isle of the Lost trilogy and now the Pocket Watch trilogy, so I need one more. About what? I don’t even care I just need it!
