I've been supplementing with iodine for non-lipedema reasons for over a year. I'm ramping up the dosage slowly because supplementing with iodine is no joke.

A few weeks ago i ramped up again, and since then I've been noticing that my legs aren't as tender as they used to be. Could be unrelated, but I haven't made any other changes and I remember reading this post on here suggesting a connection between iodine deficiency and lipedema.

I will update if anything changes in either direction.

For those wondering, my current regimen is 1 drop of Lugol's 2% most days but not every day, along with brazil nuts for selenium and salt flushes as needed.
