Thongs that aren't so low rise?

I've tried a lot of thongs to date -- Awry, 2Xist, RMCA -- and so far I can't stand any of those due to them being so low rise. However, I really like the MeUndies pouch ones. I just want a bit more pouch space than those provide. Any recommendations of thongs that have a more "typical" rise?

Am I missing something or is it typical to not replace an item for 40 levels?

First time playing through Grim Dawn. I picked Shaman cause I like lightning and I enjoy WoW Shamans from back in the day. I found a Falcon's Claw when I was level 15 that I was able to equip at 20. I'm now level 59 after just completing Ashes of Malmouth -- the only quests I have remaining lead me through two key dungeons (something for The Outcast and something to cleanse a place in Ugdenbog) -- and I still haven't replaced it. I found an Alvarick's Rebuke, actually 3 or 4 of them, that are all level 40 and all indicate lower DPS than the axe. Equipping them also shows lower Primal Strike damage.

I'm just curious if this is typical for any given item with good stats, or if it's particular to weapons, or what. I also snagged the Lightning rings from The Chosen the moment I was able to equip them (what was that, 42?) and haven't replaced them either but that seems more reasonable.

Worth it to roll Trad IRA into 401k?

I have a Trad IRA at Fidelity, which originated as a prior job rollover from 401k. It sits at about $7,400 right now. I also just got a 401k at Fidelity through my employer (EOR arrangement) that allows roll in.

I don't currently make enough money to have to worry about wanting to do a backdoor. I make $88k/yr salary, though this year with some weirdness resulting in one company's liquidation and me being "over employed" for a bit, I'll make $134k this year. I'm also job searching and expect to be back to making ~$80k at the next role.

Given that info, is it at all worth the effort to roll my Trad IRA into the 401k since I have the option? My IRA is 100% FSKAX and I would need to convert it to SPAXX to do the transfer.
