I know a family member that can't walk, But I have a lot of limitations because it's "impossible" for her to walk again, what can I do to change my limitation?

Guys i've been manifesting the healing for a health problem, and I've been getting so much better, amost close to the full healing, but these days I've been throught opposite simptoms, but it looks a lot like the "purging"(for what I read about it). How do you guys dealt with this?
Eu tinha sofrido um pequeno acidente, e pesava 45 quilos até mesmo antes do acidente, sempre fui muito magra, estou fazendo pilates/fisio com muito fortalecimento, e agora estou com 52 quilos. Eu tenho muita facilidade de perder peso, foi bem dificil aumentar meu peso, entao é uma grande vitoria.
