Auto note review tracker?

I want to use obsidian for my chemistry degree to make notes. I usually have an excel sheet where I put in the topic and it will auto add dates to review. For example 3, 7, 30 days after the note was made. The excel sheet then highlights if a topic is to be reviewed that day, or if it is overdue.

I want to incorporate this into obsidian. How can I do this?

- notes that are made have a date
- after 3 days the note will come up for review
- once it has been reviewed it will then come up again 7 days later etc
- there is a “daily to do list” that shows me each day which notes need reviewing

The main goal is so I can keep on top of reviewing / amending notes so that exam season isn’t as stressful

I don’t want flash cards, this is more of a whole topic overview

Any help would be appreciated!

New event idea: King of the road

I have an idea for a new weekend event inspired by the old King of the Road videos, and I think it could solve a lot of things players have been asking for.

Instead of another event focused on score farming, make it about completing challenges as a team.

Basic Concept

Players are placed into teams of around 8 skaters and given a "Road Book" full of objectives to complete over the weekend.
Rather than earning points by repeating tricks, teams earn points only by completing challenges.

Some Challenge Categories could be

Bounty Trick Challenges

These are the classic ones, like:
Kickflip Front Board a 10 rail
180 a 10m gap
Spot specific tricks

Team Challenges

These would be super fun with proximity chat and encourage the whole team to work together. Maybe even use object droppers to help create obstacles.

Examples:
Have 3 players do the same line
The whole team hits a rail back to back
Everyone lands a lazer flip together

Silly Challenges

These are the kinds of things that made King of the Road so good and are similar to some of the Meet Up challenges we've already seen, like the coffin distance challenge.

Examples:
Kickflip next to a pedestrian wearing a red shirt
Dress as a rat and land a tre flip
8 players emote together
Grind a ledge while a pedestrian is sitting on it

Scavenger Hunts

Send teams all over the map to do/ find things:
Find hidden spots
Visit famous skate locations
Unlock secret objectives

Random server Challenges

Every few hours there could be server wide bonus objectives, for example:
First 20 teams to have every member land a tre flip earn 20 bonus points.

Filming idea

To make it feel even more like King of the Road, every challenge should have to be filmed.

This would naturally create a mini team edit over the weekend, and making the clips public would also help reduce cheating.
Instead of uploading videos manually, the game could automatically save the previous 30–60 seconds using the replay system, and the team chooses which replay to submit.
Every team gets a Team Page where all of their clips are displayed so other players can browse, watch and like their weekend edits.

Matchmaking

There could be two options:

Create a Team
Create your own crew
Make it public or private
Team leader approves join requests

Looking for a Team
Players create a profile showing:
Skill level
Preferred playstyle
Whether they enjoy filming, trick hunting, exploring, etc.
Other teams can recruit directly from these profiles.

Live Event Map

Teams can choose to broadcast when they're attempting a challenge, allowing nearby players to spectate.
It would make the city feel like an actual event rather than everyone skating separately.

Why I think this would work
It hits a lot of things players have been asking for:
More reasons to explore the map
Better use of multiplayer
Meaningful filming
Social gameplay
Less trick spamming
More variety than simply chasing scores

Curious what everyone else thinks or what you'd add.

(Obviously I'm not a game dev so I have no idea how feasible something like this would be technically, but I think it would make for a really fun community event.)

Proof anyone can get v-line abs

Don’t do those get abs in 30 days* *youtube workouts, they don’t work.

Best tip is to do weighted crunches and hanging leg raises x3 a week. Stick them at the end of a workout and do 2-3 sets to absolute failure.

Here’s how I fixed my top surgery to get my dream chest

After surgery it was looking kinda rough and I had loose skin for a couple of years until I started putting effort into fixing it.

Exercises to build the chest, don’t over complicate hit chest 2x a week 6-8 rep range 2-3 hard sets for each
- incline smith press
- Chest fly machine
- Weighted dips
These are my favourite but any variation of these work, focus on the stretch and mind muscle connection

Eat a lot - you want a bit of fat, getting too lean can outline imperfections from surgery (for me personally you can see divots where too much fat was removed)

Body hair - I shaved my nipples to make them look smaller
But now I let chest hair grow cos it’s more even and looks better

Be patient - good results come with time it’s taken me 4 years to get to this point

Response from GC regarding bottom surgery at new Victoria

Posting this as it may be helpful for some people. I messaged my GIC asking what’s going on. It does seem they are looking for alternatives. I guess we can only hope.

Good morning,
* *
Thank you for your email regarding the New Victoria Hospital decision to stop providing masculinising surgery.  We recognise this will have an impact on your gender affirming care.
* *
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm how this change may affect the care pathways or waiting times for you. NHS England is looking at alternative providers to continue this service, and that they will keep patients informed and up to date on this process. Please liaise directly with GDNRSS regarding your individual care (details below).

I can Ollie decently high, fast, over and down stuff, but recently noticed my back foot never actually stays on the board. Any tips on fixing this?

The video is a stationery Ollie to see it better but I have the same issue when rolling unless I pop super low.

The devs are clearly struggling to create 3 new parks every day. Why they don’t just do it weekly, instead of making crap parks or re using old ones, is beyond me.

BUT

I think this could be one of the best features yet if they do it properly.

Once ‘create a park’ is in the game the devs can just offload the work to us. We can make the parks and submit them to be included in the daily rotation. All they have to do is pick the best. Or even base it off a community vote.

Obviously the back end logistics of this are way more complex. Especially considering we don’t even know if create a park will ever be in the game.

But looking back at old skate 3 community parks there are some seriously impressive ones. I used to spend hours recreating my local parks or famous street spots. Once you had merge glitch enabled it was basically endless fun.

Hopefully if they decide to add create a park we can place more than 5 things on top of each other. It would be great to see what some of the og builders will come up with.
