what day do we think I ovulated? I know we cant pinpoint exact timing but based off my OPKs looks like my surge started on CD15 and I peaked on CD16? So are we counting 24-36 hrs post surge and or 10-20 hrs past peak? my temp rose on my oura ring this morning +0.5 F, so did I ovulate yesterday? I’m curious bc I could only BD on CD15 and 17 bc my husband worked for 24hrs on CD16. I’ll post my OPKs in comments
we’re going to go look at this home, I’m wondering if this history raises red flags? what are some explanations for this? maybe when originally listed the house wasn’t updated and so they took it off the market to make updates after feedback? Or maybe the seller has a set price in mind and isn’t willing to budge? it looks like it hasn’t even undergone escrow at all during the times its been listed and relisted. thoughts? Concerns? Can anyone give me insight on this. We are first home buyers looking at a house that has been on the market since April. it looks like they have accepted two offers already but they fell through for some reason after what appears to be two weeks. So did something happen during appraisal or inspection? Any insight on that, is it a red flag? Most important question, they house does not have an HVAC and no ducts, could this be something we put in our offer? Can you give me examples of what an offer might look like to negotiate an HVAC? Like would we ask for sellers credits to put one in ourselves or can we ask full asking with the contingency of them putting an HVAC system? Any insight would be appreciated from experienced home owners who have gone through this or realtors. First time home buyers in SoCal.
is this an indent or a positive? the test has color, I am 12DPO. I tested negative this morning and had about a 4 hour hold and tested with this wondfo test. I left it for maybe an hr or less bc I didn’t think it would be positive as I am 12DPO. I know I’m outside of the window and the only answer is to wait and retest but I am kinda freaking out now while in wait. When I saw the test I tried to go again and retest with digital but it was very dilute and only like a 1 hr hold and digital was not pregnant . I can also include my inito chart from 11DPO for more context
