Snake and the mysterious guard are ambushed by a response team. Snake reacts with his pistol while the guard runs for cover. Snake tells the guard to shoot and they eventually return fire.

I struggled with these pages but they turned out well. I rushed them because I didn't keep my schedule through the week. I did these in two days instead of four.

I won't be posting next week but I'll continue posting after that. I'm going on vacation.

Solid Snake exits the holding cell and willingly walks into the trap. He's held up by a guard but they seem different. Snake confronts the guard and notices they are a rookie. He raises his pistol and they are in a standoff.

Solid Snake interrogates the DARPA Chief. The chief tells him the terrorists have nuclear capabilities and are prepared to launch.

This time I used gray scale. I like it a lot better than coloring. I've struggled with coloring my whole life. It looks a little messy because the pencil sketch shows through the markers. Some parts even smudged the black parts. Overall I really enjoyed using the gray. I don't think I'll go back to coloring.

I tried coloring this time. I don't like to color. I'm going to do a gray scale next. There are white out marks in the pages that are visible. I had to redo the faces a lot. It kinda worked out. One of snakes faces looks like a ghost and another looks like Sean Penn, but it is what it is.
