Torn between these two. They both look good to me, so just wanted to see what the general opinion was.

Basically what the title says. I honestly prefer the TCX, but they are out of stock or they don't have my size everywhere in my country (Slovenia), so was wondering if the A* Stated were a good alternative. They don't get much talk on the net, and some say they are waterproof, while others say they aren't. Other than that, what are the actual pros/cons of each?

Anyone have experience with PMJ Caferacer jeans, or the PMJ brand in general? Found a deal on them (down from 250€ to 150), but was wondering if they're any good, as I couldn't find any feedback on them (good nor bad).
