Copaste 1.1.0 - copy & paste for props, and now buildings

Some of you might remember Copaste from my post a while back..
It's a copy & paste tool: select props, trees, decals and surfaces, copy them, stamp them anywhere, save groups as blueprints and reuse them in any city.

The 1.1.0 update was the big one I've been grinding on. Buildings are now part of the toolkit. You can move, rotate, copy, paste and delete whole buildings, and their driveways, pavements and props travel along like one piece. My favorite part is the Relocate mode on Tab, where the building follows your cursor and snaps to the road like normal plopping. There are also selection filters, painted surfaces support and full redo now.

Before anyone asks about saves: the mod writes only the game's own components and stores nothing in your save file. Your city loads the same with or without it.

Transparency: this mod is built with heavy use of AI (Claude Fable). Every feature goes through dozens of iterations that I direct, review and hand test in the game before anything ships.

I read every report and every log people send me, so if something breaks, tell me. And I'd be grateful to anyone who gives it a try and shares feedback ... thanks !

Copaste - copy, paste and delete groups of props (my first mod)

This started as a little tool for my own city and somehow turned into a real mod.
It's called Copaste, basically copy and paste for props. You box select a bunch of props, copy them and stamp them anywhere on the map. Spacing, rotation and height all stay the same. There's also undo, group move and rotate, and blueprints, so you can save a setup once and use it in any city later.

Full honesty, I used AI heavily for the code, but there's a human behind all of it. Every feature was my idea, I tested everything in my own city more times than I can count, and I'm the one reading feedback and fixing bugs. It's open source, and there's a transparency note on the mod page if you want details.

First mod ever, so be gentle. If something breaks, just tell me and I'll fix it.

Copaste – a copy/paste, delete & more tool for props

I made a small mod for CS2 – Copaste

It started as a simple copy/paste tool, but it has grown into quite a few useful features, including Delete props, moving them and more.

Thought I'd share it here. Still working on it, so feedback and suggestions are welcome!
