Firstly, this is for a friend of mine, not me.

He has been dealing with loss of parents and financial ruin recently. He is ews but things happened so quick he couldn't arrange for the certificate. So he will be getting his rank as General Male.

He doesn't need a fancy degree. Just something that will be reasonably cheap and will help him support his family after college.

Private colleges are NOT an option. Please recommend some government college he might get at this marks. Even if the package is low, he needs it.

Apart from engineering if there is any other degree he might do that will secure him a job, please say that as well.

I was in Gurudas College, Phoolbagan AG1 room. So as you know, we weren't allowed to bring our own wristwatches to the exam centre. The Board is supposed to provide us with clocks in our rooms. When I entered my allotted room, I immediately noticed there wasn't any clock there. So I came out and informed a guard that there is no clock in AG1 room. The old man kept saying in a raised rude voice, "Ghori niye ki korbe? Hya? Ghori tori proyojon nei." I was stunned for a moment. Fortunately, someone higher ranked from the wbjee board overheard my complain and consoled me, telling me to wait and that clocks will be brought to the rooms by the invigilators. I obliged and went back.

About 15 min before 11, two invigilators did indeed come to my room with the question papers and a clock. I was relieved. Then came the problem of where to put the clock. There was no hook on the front wall to hang it. So one of these idiots came up with a brilliant idea.

There was a blackboard fixed on the wall with a narrow protruding edge. This mf decided to keep the clock on the narrow edge, leaning its back against the wall. Because why the hell not? And then he realised that the clock might topple and fall. So with a stroke of genius, pashe dewale already atkano ekta cellotape er tukro khute khute tule seta diye ghori take dewale atkalo. SOTTI. He used a used up tape to secure the clock.

The moment he turned back, what I expected happened. The clock fell from the height with a dhhaamm sound. I saw pieces of glass rise above the table and fall. The clock was broken.

Then he went running to get another clock. Came back a minute later and said, "Sorry ar extra ghori nei. Ar emniteo ghorir ki proyojon, amra to somoy bolei debo!" It was honestly so frustrating.

Turns out the clock was still working fine without the glass cover. So they put the clock on a chair, leaning against the backrest. But it was a big room and at that elevation it wasn't visible at all by people like me who did not have the aisle seat of their bench.

How is this fair in an exam where time pressure is everything?
