Did anyone else have issue with their inverter going offline nearly everyday, and the battery stop discharging at SoC 50%?

I felt like I have two different issues, but they seemed to happen at the same time for me.

I had installed the H1 inverter and 11.5kW battery last month. It worked well for the first few weeks, but then I went onto the IOG tariff and tried to figure out the charging strategy as I had the issue with the battery draining while charging during the IOG EV charging, instead of drawing from the grid.

I tried to change the SoC from grid to a higher percentage so that it would not draw from the battery during the charging.

But for some unknown reason, the inverter now keeps thinking the minimum SoC is 50%, even though I had changed it multiple times on the app. It even did a weird thing that kept reverting to 50% immediately after I changed it. I tried to use Home Assistant to maintain the minimum SoC at 11%, and it kept trying to get to 50%, stop discharging and started drawing from the grid.

Also, around the same time, the inverter went offline intermittently, sometimes overnight, sometimes during the day. Initially, it would return, but now it goes offline for days on end.

I had contacted the FoxESS engineers, who tried the firmware update and they seemed to be able to see the inverter from their back end, but it was not updating via the cloud. And even on the Home Assistant, it was showing as offline. After a week of troubleshooting, they said they will send out a 4G dongle to install. I am still waiting for the delivery.

But I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue, battery not keeping to stated SoC and also inverter going offline?
